Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after dispatch, so 6–10 business days in total. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays and busy periods.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat $9.99 per order. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched we email you a tracking number, where available. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel at any time before your order has been processed or shipped by emailing support@chicpodlab.com. Once an order has been packed or dispatched it can't be cancelled, but you can return it under our return policy.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, drinkware that has been filled or used can't be returned unless it arrived damaged or faulty. If the return is due to our error we cover return shipping; otherwise return shipping is paid by you. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. My item arrived damaged or faulty. What should I do?
Email support@chicpodlab.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
What are the tumblers made of?
All our drinkware uses a double-wall vacuum design with a stainless steel liner. The exact grade (304 or 316 stainless steel), the capacity and the lid material are listed on each product page.
How do I clean them?
We recommend hand washing with warm, soapy water. Stainless steel drinkware is not suitable for the microwave.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, plus the other payment methods shown at checkout, such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Payments are processed securely at checkout.
